We have known for a long time that flowers of different plants open and close at different time of a day.Yet no one really understands why flowers open and close like this at special time. The question is not as simple as we might think, as recent experiments have shown. In one experiment,flowers were kept in constant darkness. We might expect that the flowersm, without any information about the time of the day, did not open as they usually do. In fact, they continue to open at their usual time. This shows that they have some special ways of knowing the time

 Their sense(感觉) of  time dose not depend (依靠) on information from the outside world. It is inisde them: a kind of “inner(内部的)clock”. This discovery may not seem to be very important.   More of Harry:Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe,15, will play an orphan (孤儿) in a new Australian film “December Boy”. The role is Radcliffe’s first outside the Harry Potter seres.

  It is a story about a group of four orphans up in the 1960s Australia . When a young couple decide to adopt（收养）a child , the boys compete against each other for a place in their home , which tests their fiendship.
